Kasus Judol Komdigi, 9 Eks Pegawai Dituntut 7 Hingga 9 Tahun Penjara

Sidang kali ini adalah beragendakan pembacaan tuntutan kepada sembilan eks pegawai Komdigi.
Sembilan pegawai itu di antaranya adalah Denden Imadudin Soleh, Fakhri Dzulfiqar, Riko Rasota Rahmada, Syamsul Arifin, Yudha Rahman Setiadi, Yoga Priyanka Sihombing, Reyga Radika, Muhammad Abindra Putra Tayip N, dan Radyka Prima Wicaksana.
Dalam tuntutannya, Jaksa Penuntut Umum mengatakan bahwa perbuatan para terdakwa bertentangan dengan upaya pemerintah dalam pemberantasan judi online.
Jaksa pun menuntut sembilan terdakwa dengan kurungan penjara mulai dari 7 hingga 9 tahun lamanya.
