KOMPAS.TV- Bagaimana solusi Membuat SIM untuk peserta yang menunggak Pembayaran JKN?Melansir dari Kompas.com 5 Juli 2024 Kasubdit SIM Kombes Pol Heru Sutopo menegaskan "Bagi peserta yang menunggak, yang berkeinginan membayar iuran, kami juga sediakan kanal-kanal layanan yang cukup banyak, sehingga dapat diakses pemohon SIM".
Heru menambahkan, masyarakat yang menunggak JKN akan diberi fasilitas melalui program cicilan iuran yang bisa mendaftar secara online.
"Kemudian bagi yang belum mampu melunasi, kami juga haturkan fasilitas kemudahan melalui program cicilan iuran (pendaftaran melalui online). Dengan mendaftar program cicilan iuran sudah cukup menjadi bukti", imbuh Heru.
Nah aturan tersebut merupakan tindak lanjut dari Instruksi Presiden (Inpres) No. 1 Tahun 2022 yang menekankan parstisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam BPJS Kesehatan.
Adapun dengan tujuan tidak memberatkan masyarakat demi mempermudah proses layanan publik.
Perlu diketahui, nanti akan ada tim dari BPJS Kesehatan di Satuan Penyelenggaraan Administrasi (Satpas) SIM di seluruh Indonesia.
