Dulceros, Hoy les traigo una receta que les va a salvar las meriendas. Galletas Perfectas con solo 2 ingredientes, Sin Horno y sin azúcar.
Son perfectas para llevar al trabajo, al gimnasio o para que los niños tengan un snack nutritivo.

🥣 Ingredientes (para 12 galletas):
-1 taza de Mix de Nueces o Almendras, Anacardos/Castañas de Cajú y Maní.
-60 g de Chocolate negro para fundir mínimo 70% cacao y sin azúcar.
-1.5 a 2 cucharadas de agua para ajustar la textura si es necesario.
📝 Preparación:
-Tritura ligeramente los frutos secos
-Derrite el chocolate a baño maría o en el microondas.
-Mezcla todo, forma las galletas sobre papel encerado y refrigera por 20 minutos.
Almacenamiento: Comenta que se mantienen perfectas en un recipiente hermético dentro del refrigerador.
