오늘은 직접 만든 간장게장을 먹어봤어요.만든 뒤 이틀 정도 냉장 숙성시킨 후에 맛봤는데
이번 게장은 간장 양념이 과하지 않으면서도
은은하게 달큰해서 정말 맛있게 완성됐더라고요
간장맛이 너무 강하지 않고
게살의 단맛을 감싸주는 역할을 하면서
전체적으로 자극 없이 깔끔한 맛이었어요
게살은 비린 맛은 거의 없었고
생각보다 훨씬 부드러우면서
씹을수록 단맛이 점점 살아나는게 정말 일품이에요
특히 게딱지 안에 있는 내장을 밥과 비벼서 먹으면
고소함과 이 천연의 감칠맛이 기가 막혔어요
밥 한 공기가 순식간에 사라지는
역시 간장게장은 밥도둑이네요
오늘도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다😋
