Insiden terjadi di sebuah gedung apartemen di 195 Steuben Street pada Senin (21/7) sore waktu setempat.

Polisi menerima laporan tentang seseorang yang mengalami gangguan emosional di lokasi tersebut.
Anak tersebut ditemukan tiga lantai di bawah saluran pembuangan dengan luka lecet ringan.
Paman anak tersebut (39), langsung dibawa untuk diinterogasi.
Diketahui sang bayi itu tidak mengalami luka yang serius.
Adapun Polisi mengatakan sang balita dibawa ke Richmond University Medical Center untuk diobservasi.
Belum ada tuntutan resmi yang diajukan dalam kasus ini.
Hingga saat ini Polisi masih menyelidiki motif dan kondisi kejiwaan pelaku.
Insiden ini memicu keprihatinan publik terhadap keamanan anak-anak di lingkungan tempat tinggal tersebut.
