JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Pakar Telematika sekalikus Eks Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga, Roy Suryo selesai menjalani undangan klarifikasi Penyidik Subdit Kamneg Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya atas kasus tuduhan ijazah palsu Presiden ke-7 RI Joko Widodo.
Dengan pendampingan dari kuasa hukum, Roy Suryo selesai menjalani pemeriksaan di Polda Metro Jaya pada Senin (7/7/2025) siang.
Terlapor yang hadir yakni mantan Menpora Roy Suryo, Eggi Sudjana, Rismon Sianipar, Kurnia Tri Royani, Rizal Fadilah dan Rustam Efendi. Sementara terlapor Tifauziah berhalangan hadir dan diwakilkan oleh kuasa hukumnya.
Roy Suryo menyebut dalam klarifikasi ini dirinya diberikan 85 pertanyaan.
Rismon Sianipar, salah satu terlapor atas kasus tudingan ijazah palsu Jokowi juga memenuhi undangan klarifikasi penyidik Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya.
Rismon mengatakan akan membuktikan kebenaran ilmiah terkait ijazah Jokowi.
"Kami ingin men-challenge karena kebenaran ilmiah itu kan repeatable, dapat diulangi, dapat diverifikasi, dapat direkonstruksi," ujar Rismon, Senin (7/7/2025).
Sementara itu, Eggi Sudjana yang juga salah satu terlapor menilai kasus ini merupakan perkara mudah.
Menurut Eggi, Jokowi cukup menunjukkan ijazah aslinyanya di persidangan atau saat gelar perkara khusus, dengan begitu perkara akan lebih cepat selesai.
Bareskrim Polri akan melakukan gelar perkara khusus dugaan kasus tudingan ijazah palsu Presiden ke-7 Joko Widodo pada Rabu (9/7/2025).
