▷ AIUTA L'INFORMAZIONE LIBERA, SOSTIENICI: https://donazioni.radioradio.it/La Corte di Cassazione ha sentenziato pochi giorni fa sulla vicenda del portuale Stefano Puzzer, licenziato nell'aprile del 2022 per non aver mostrato il Green Pass sul posto di lavoro, nonostante l'avvenuta guarigione e quindi la validità del certificato. In più di tre anni di battaglia legale, il provvedimento di licenziamento era stato confermato sia in primo che in secondo grado di appello. Ora la Cassazione ha invece deciso che il provvedimento non fosse legittimo, e che fosse eccessivo: la legge non distingue tra il possesso "giuridico" e quello "di fatto" del Green Pass. La Cassazione rimette dunque tutto nelle mani della Corte d'appello di Venezia. Per questo per Stefano Puzzer non è finita qui, anzi "è solo l'inizio". Ce lo ha spiegato in diretta a Lavori in Corso.
