(LaPresse) A Terme Vigliatore, nel Messinese, i carabinieri hanno arrestato e posto ai domiciliari con braccialetto elettronico un 19enne, accusato di aver organizzato e partecipato a una gara clandestina di ciclomotori, pur essendo senza patente. L’indagine è scattata dopo l’incidente avvenuto nella notte tra l’8 e il 9 settembre sul Lungomare Marchesana, quando il giovane, durante una gara e dopo un’impennata ad alta velocità, avrebbe investito un 17enne, tuttora ricoverato in prognosi riservata. Gli accertamenti, condotti anche attraverso immagini di videosorveglianza e social network, avrebbero inoltre evidenziato un tentativo di spostare il ciclomotore dopo l’incidente. Il giovane è stato inizialmente condotto in carcere in attesa dell’attivazione del dispositivo elettronico.
