In Italia esulta Fratelli d'Italia, in Germania vincono i partiti dell'Unione e al secondo posto ci arriva AfD. In Francia il risultato stupisce tutti: vince il partito di Le Pen e Macron convoca le elezioni anticipate.
#destra capolista anche in Austria e in Belgio. La svolta verso il conservatorismo è apostrofata così da alcuni organi d'informazione: "valanga nera", o similmente "onda nera". Una rappresentazione impropria per Paolo Borgognone, che commenta in diretta.
