[FULL] Pengamat Politik Agung Baskoro soal Keos Demo di Pati Hingga Pansus Pemakzulan Bupati Sudewo
PATI, KOMPAS.TV - Protes warga atas pernyataan Bupati Pati, Sudewo, soal kenaikan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan hingga 250 persen mencapai puncaknya pada Rabu, 13 Agustus 2025. Pernyataannya yang seakan menantang warga berbuntut demo besar di Pati dan mendesak Sudewo untuk mundur dari jabatannya.Hingga akhirnya, DPRD Pati menggulirkan hak angket merespons demo warga yang kecewa pada Bupati Sudewo. Sementara itu, Bupati Pati, Sudewo, mengklaim tak bisa memenuhi permintaan rakyat untuk mundur karena telah dipilih secara demokratis.
Bupati Pati, Sudewo, menanggapi hak angket yang digulirkan DPRD merespons demo rakyat. Sudewo menghormati hak angket yang bergulir di DPRD. Sedangkan untuk tuntutan mundur, Bupati Sudewo tak bisa memenuhinya karena ia merasa dipilih secara demokratis.
Rapat paripurna DPRD Pati memutuskan delapan fraksi sepakat mengusulkan pembentukan panitia khusus membahas pemakzulan Bupati Sudewo.
Bila dilihat dari komposisi kursi DPRD Pati yang mengusung dan mendukung Sudewo saat Pilbup, yakni Gerindra, PKB, Nasdem, hingga Golkar, memang menguasai DPRD Pati. Namun, melihat situasi saat ini, partai pengusungnya pun ikut sepakat pembentukan pansus pemakzulan Sudewo.
Pemberhentian kepala daerah diatur dalam undang-undang tentang pemerintahan daerah. Pada Pasal 79 Ayat 1, pemberhentian kepala daerah diumumkan pimpinan DPRD dalam rapat paripurna. Pimpinan DPRD kemudian mengusulkan kepada presiden melalui menteri untuk gubernur atau wagub. Sementara itu, untuk pemberhentian bupati, wabup, atau wali kota, wakil wali kota, diusulkan kepada menteri melalui gubernur.
Kini, Sudewo harus menghadapi rakyatnya sendiri di Pati yang mendesaknya meletakkan jabatan.
