Leonardi mengajukan praperadilan ke Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan pada Senin (11/08/2025), terkait penetapannya sebagai tersangka kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan satelit di Kemenhan.
Praperadilan diajukan lantaran dinilai banyak kejanggalan yang ditemukan dalam penetapan tersangka terhap Leonardi.
