Padahal sebelumnya, Husein dengan gagah menggerakkan massa demo Pati untuk menggeruduk kantor Bupati dan melengserkan Sudewo dari jabatannya.
Bahkan Husein dilaporkan sempat mengancam akan menggelar demo susulan pada 25 Agustus 2025 mendatang.
Namun sehari setelahnya ia langsung berdamai dengan Bupati Sudewo.
Belakangan terungkap alasan mengapa Husein akhirnya memilih untuk damai dengan Sudewo.
Menurutnya, segala tuntutan rakyat terkait kenaikan pajak maupun pembatalan kebijakan kontroversial lainnya sudah terpenuhi.
Selain itu, ia mengaku mendapatkan informasi A1 yang menyebut bahwa Bupati Pati Sudewo tak akan bisa dilengserkan.
Pernyataan mengejutkan itu disampaikan Husein dalam live tiktok di akun pribadinya pada Kamis (21/8/2025).
Kendati demikian, warga Pati yang sudah terlanjur kecewa dengan Husein lantas menjadikan dirinya sebagai sasaran amukan.
Posko yang awalnya menjadi titik temu para pengunjuk rasa, kini dijadikan sebagai sarana pengungkapan kekecewaan warga.
Bahkan sejumlah orang melakukan aksi vandalisme terhadap dua buah kaus bergambar wajah Husein.
Kaus berwarna biru tersebut dicoret-coret dengan cat berwarna hitam dengan dipenuhi kata-kata merendahkan.
