ROMA (ITALPRESS) - Cresce nel primo trimestre del 2025 il settore lattiero caseario e l'Italia diventa il secondo esportatore mondiale di formaggi, dopo la Germania. Sono questi i principali dati messi in luce dall'ultimo rapporto di ISMEA. I consumi interni crescono e migliora anche la dinamica dei prezzi all'origine. Sul fronte del commercio estero, nel 2024 l'Italia si è resa protagonista di uno storico sorpasso su Paesi Bassi e Francia, con un record di oltre 5 miliardi. In forte espansione le vendite verso USA e Regno Unito. Le esportazioni del comparto hanno continuato a crescere nel primo trimestre 2025. Anche i consumi domestici registrano segnali positivi: nel periodo gennaio-aprile la spesa delle famiglie per prodotti lattiero-caseari è aumentata del 7%, con una crescita nei volumi trainata da formaggi e yogurt, mentre prosegue il calo degli acquisti di latte alimentare. Riguardo alle prospettive, si rileva una maggiore fiducia tra gli allevatori, sostenuta dalla dinamica dei prezzi.
