PLO | Điểm nóng xung đột: Nga triển khai tên lửa ‘xóa sổ’ trực thăng tấn công của UkraineNgày 3/7, Quân đội Nga tiếp tục chiến dịch tấn công các căn cứ không quân Ukraine ở vùng Poltava bằng hệ thống tên lửa tác chiến-chiến thuật Iskander-M, nhằm hạn chế sức mạnh không quân của Ukraine. Bộ Quốc phòng Nga đã công bố đoạn video về cuộc tấn công, cho biết tên lửa Iskander-M đã gây thiệt hại nghiêm trọng cho sân bay quân sự Poltava, phá hủy một trực thăng Mi-24.
Trong cuộc họp ngày 2/7, Nga tuyên bố đã phá hủy 9 máy bay chiến đấu của Ukraine trong 24 giờ qua, bao gồm 7 máy bay Sukhoi Su-27 bị phá hủy hoặc hư hại tại sân bay Mirgorod trong cuộc tấn công bằng tên lửa Iskander-M, cùng với một Su-27 và một MiG-29 bị bắn hạ.
Các nhà quan sát quân sự cho biết, các sân bay quân sự của Ukraine thường xuyên bị tấn công bởi tên lửa Iskander của Nga trong những ngày gần đây, khi Kiev chuẩn bị tiếp nhận chiến đấu cơ F-16 từ phương Tây. Nga đang nỗ lực làm suy yếu lực lượng không quân Ukraine trước khi các chiến đấu cơ hiện đại từ phương Tây đến nơi.
