▼あらすじ
ウルトラマンを退けたゴモラは地底に潜ってしまった。大阪府一帯に緊急避難命令が発令される。ゴモラは市街地で猛威を振るった後、大阪城に姿を現し、これを破壊。ハヤタは、先の戦いでベーターカプセルを紛失していたが、怪獣殿下とあだ名されるオサム少年がこれを届ける。ウルトラマンとゴモラの第２ラウンドが始まった！
