MK Batalkan Hasil Pilkada Serang Karena Cawe-Cawe Mendes, KPU Siap Gelar Pemungutan Suara Ulang
SERANG, KOMPAS.TV - Pasca-Mahkamah Konstitusi membatalkan kemenangan pasangan calon Bupati Serang/Banten, Ratu Zakiyah-Najib Hamas, Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kabupaten Serang bersiap menggelar pemungutan suara ulang.Komisioner KPU Kabupaten Serang, Ichsan Mahfuz, menyebut masih menunggu arahan dari KPU RI untuk menggelar PSU.
Dalam waktu dekat, KPU juga akan menggelar rapat membahas mekanisme sesuai perintah MK, karena hanya ada waktu 60 hari digelarnya pemungutan suara ulang sejak putusan dibacakan.
Sebelumnya, dari jumlah daftar pemilih tetap di Serang sebanyak 1,2 juta orang, tingkat partisipasi pemilih mencapai 73,60 persen.
