E gli italiani e le italiane ancora una volta hanno detto no: no allo stravolgimento della Costituzione, sì alla sua difesa. E io aggiungo: hanno anche detto è l’ora di attuarla la Costituzione, invece che di cambiarla. È una proposta che lanciamo alle altre forze dell'opposizione: impegniamoci pubblicamente ora a dire che quando governeremo noi, quando avremo vinto le elezioni nelle urne, noi ci impegniamo ad attuarla per dare speranza a chi non ce l'ha più, per dire basta con la precarietà, per dire basta con i salari troppo bassi, per dire che il diritto alla salute e all'istruzione devono tornare ad essere universali e garantiti a tutti e a tutte.
