Video itu memperlihatkan pejuang Brigade Al Qassam sayap militer Hamas menembaki sebuah eskavator yang sedang meruntuhkan bangunan di Jalur Gaza.
Saat eskavator ditembaki, operator yang merupakan tentara Israel bernama Avraham Azulary, meloncat keluar dan kabur melarikan diri.
Namun ia berhasil disergap Brigade Al-Qassam dan ditembak mati.
Rekaman tersebut ternyata bertentangan dengan pernyataan resmi dari militer Israel dan menuai kritikan sejumlah media di negara tersebut.
Media mengkritik militer Israel karena dinilai gagal melindungi prajuritya dengan fasilitas yang memadai di lapangan.
Pasalnya Azulary diberi tugas mengoperasikan eskavator tanpa pengamanan ketat dari militer Israel.
