Nel giorno della Terra, da piazza Catuma ad Andria è partito il cammino di Riccardo Di Teo, 40 anni, deciso ad attraversare cinque continenti a piedi, in un viaggio destinato a durare anni. Non un’impresa pensata per il gusto dell’avventura, ma un progetto che tiene insieme esperienza personale, solidarietà e sensibilizzazione: l’obiettivo è richiamare l’attenzione sul Parkinson e sostenere la ricerca attraverso la Fondazione Limpe e la piattaforma Rete del Dono.
Il punto di partenza non è casuale. Piazza Catuma, nel cuore della città, è il luogo dove Di Teo è cresciuto e dove si trovava anche la macelleria di famiglia. Da lì ha scelto di muovere i primi passi di un percorso che, nelle intenzioni, vuole essere insieme fisico e simbolico: un attraversamento del mondo affidato alla lentezza, agli incontri e a una fiducia quasi totale nell’aiuto delle persone.
