Il corteo organizzato dai comitati per il "No" al referendum, partito da Piazza Barberini, ha fatto il suo ingresso a Piazza del Popolo, meta finale della manifestazione. L'arrivo dei manifestanti è stato scandito dall'accensione di diversi fumogeni colorati che hanno avvolto la piazza in una fitta coltre, seguiti dall'esplosione di alcuni fuochi d'artificio.
