Pembangkit Listrik Israel di Ashdod Jadi Sasaran Rentetan Rudal Iran, 8.000 Rumah Gelap Gulita

Beberapa dari rentetan rudal tersebut mengenai Perusahaan Listrik Israel (IEC) di Kota Ashdod bagian Selatan Israel.
Rudal itu kemudian menyebabkan pasokan listrik ke sejumlah komunitas mengalami gangguan, sehingga memadamkan lampu di wilayah sekitar.
IEC menuturkan bahwa sejumlah tim dan pasukan keamanan langsung dikerahkan ke wilayah terdampak untuk mulai melakukan perbaikan.
Menurut keterangan Menteri Energi Zionis, pemadaman tersebut baru akan pulih dalam perkiraan waktu tiga jam.
Sebelumnya diketahui bahwa sirene di sejumlah kota Israel dilaporkan berbunyi tanpa henti akibat rentetan serangan rudal balistik Iran.
Republik Islam itu dilaporkan mengirim 15 rentetan rudal ke Israel setelah kemarin sempat menerima serangan dari Amerika Serikat (AS).
Dalam putaran pertama serangan, Iran dilaporkan meluncurkan delapan rudal dalam 4 serangan beruntun di wilayah Zionis.
Rentetan misil berbahan bakar padat dan cair, hingga penggunaan pesawat nirawak bunuh diri dikerahkan oleh Teheran selama sekitar 40 menit lamanya.
