E aí a ficha técnica do carro é sempre consultada, pois ela indica a capacidade volumétrica do porta-malas. Mas ao comparar dois automóveis, é preciso tomar muito cuidado, pois algumas fábricas estão adotando o sistema de medição do porta-malas com litros de água. O que distorce a realidade sempre dá um volume um pouco maior do que o real, pois água entra em qualquer cantinho, não é? Então se o modelo tem o porta-malas medido pelo sistema VDA com blocos de 1 litro e meio litro, a aferição é confiável. Mas este modelo perder para um outro que foi aferido com água?
