Keduanya tampak mengenakan masker dan rompi tahanan berwarna pink.
Tangan Maya Kusmaya dan Edward Corne juga diborgol.
Mereka keluar dari gedung Kejagung dengan pengawalan ketat.
Ketika hendak masuk ke mobil tahanan, para tersangka langsung dikerumuni awak media dan dicecar berbagai pertanyaan.
Satu di antaranya bertanya alasan Maya dan Edward tega mengoplos minyak mentah RON 92 alias Pertamax dangan minyak kualitas lebih rendah.
Perbuatan tersebut merugikan negara dan masyarakat laus.
"Ada yang mau disampaikan enggak pak?"
"Gajinya kurang ya pak, ngoplos minyak?"
"Pak tega banget sih pak ngoplos minyak,"
"Pak kenapa dioplos sih pak?"
Sebagian wartawan juga mempertanyakan keuntungan dan kemana saja uang korupsi itu mengalir.
"Duitnya dikemanain pak?"
Namun tidak ada jawaban yang keluar dari mulut Maya dan Edward.
Mereka tetap bungkam sampai mobil tahanan ditutup.
Sebelumnya Kejagung juga sudah menetapkan tujuh tersangka lainnya hingga kini total ada 9 tersangka kasus korupsi tata niaga minyak.
Tujuh tersangka yang lebih dulu ditetapkan terdiri dari empat pegawai Pertamina dan tiga pihak swasta.
Empat petinggi Pertamina yang jadi tersangka korupsi minyak ialah:
- Direktur Utama PT Pertamina Patra Niag, Riva Siahaan (RS)
- Direktur Feed stock and Product Optimization PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, SDS
- Direktur Utama PT Pertamina International Shiping, YF
- VP Feed stock Management PT Kilang Pertamina International, AP
Sementara tiga pihak swasta tersangka korupsi meliputi:
- Beneficial Owner PT Navigator Khatulistiwa, MKAN
- Komisaris PT Navigator Khatulistiwa sekaligus Komisaris PT Jenggala Maritim, MKAN
- Komisaris PT Jenggala Maritim sekaligus Dirut PT Orbit Terminal Merak, YRJ
Atas perbuatan sembilan tersangka ini, negara disebut mengalami kerugian hingga Rp 193,7 triliun.(tribun-video.com/sara)
