Kejagung Tegas Bantah Klaim Pertamina Tak Jual Pertamax Oplosan, Penyidik Kerja dengan Banyak Bukti

Menanggapi isu itu, PT Pertamina Patra Niaga memberikan bantahan.
Dalam rapat dengan komisi XII DPR, pihaknya mengklaim bahwa tak ada pengoplosan atau blending Pertamax dengan Pertalite.
Namun, Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) dengan tegas membantah klaim tersebut.
Direktur Penyidikan Jampidsus Kejaksaan Agung, Abdul Qohar menyampaikan pihaknya bekerja dengan banyak alat bukti.
"Tetapi penyidik menemukan tidak seperti itu. Ada RON 90 (Pertalite) atau di bawahnya 88 di-blending dengan 92 (Pertamax). Jadi RON dg RON sebagaimana yang sampaikan tadi," katanya di Kantor Kejagung, Rabu (26/2/2025).
Abdul Qohar mengatakan, segala temuan tersebut sudah berdasarkan keterangan saksi yang diperiksa penyidik.
Menurut Qohar, bahkan BBM oplosan tersebut dijual dengan harga Pertamax.
