(LaPresse) – Il conflitto in Iran e il blocco dello stretto di Hormuz potrebbero riflettersi sui prezzi del pane e dei prodotti da forno in vendita nei panifici della Penisola. L'Unione dei panificatori della lombardia segnala difficoltà nell'assorbire i rialzi dei costi energetici e non esclude aumenti per michette e filoni. «Questa guerra ci porta un aumento dei prezzi abbastanza indiscriminato, che non si è ancora visto in tutte le sue facce. Il carburante lo vediamo già ora, mentre per quanto riguarda la bolletta della corrente o quella del gas, l'aria che tira parla del 40% di aumenti, quindi cifre importanti per noi. Fino adesso abbiamo ammortizzato i costi. Per Pasqua anche le colombe sono uscite con un minimo aumento, mentre adesso abbiamo il problema vero, che è quello di quantificare cosa succederà. Se non aprono in tempi brevi questo stretto di Hormuz, avremmo grossi problemi». A dirlo è Roberto Ticozzi, vice presidente dell'Unione dei panificatori lombardi e titolare di uno storico panificio aperto dal 1946 in zona Città Studi a Milano. «Siamo una prima necessità, abbiamo diverse tipologie di pane, ci sono i pani normali ma ci sono anche i pani che hanno bisogno di lavorazioni più complesse, come la michetta, che implicano tanto tempo di lavorazione, quindi è un problema – ha proseguito Ticozzi – Adesso cerchiamo di tenere i prezzi controllati perché non solo per noi ma anche per i clienti è difficile. Le associazioni di categoria sono sempre in comunicazione con il Governo, il problema è che di fronte ad aumenti così importanti non si hanno risposte così tanto celeri al ritorno, siamo più che altro noi che ci adoperiamo ad ammortizzare questi costi, queste impennate di costi o queste recrudescenze di costi che ci troviamo a combattere», ha concluso.
