تشهد فرنسا احتجاجات طلابية على تدهور أوضاع المدارس ونقص الموظفين، وقد امتدت موجة الغضب إلى بلجيكا مع الإضرابات ضد إجراءات التقشف. لكن ما يجري لا يقتصر على أزمة التعليم، بل يكشف عن ضغوط أوسع تواجه نموذج دولة الرفاه الأوروبية.في هذه الحلقة من برنامج «الجهبذ» مع بشر النجار، نتعرّف على مفهوم دولة الرفاه، وكيف نشأت وتطورت في أوروبا، من إصلاحات المستشار الألماني أوتو فون بسمارك إلى توسّع أنظمة الحماية الاجتماعية بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية.
