Несмотря на всё это, топливный кризис никуда не делся — и особенно сильно он бьет по уязвимым для этого сферам. Но самое главное — возможно, настоящий топливный кризис еще впереди: Украина вновь наращивает удары по НПЗ, а к осеннему пику у России уже почти не останется вариантов для дополнительной стабилизации.
