(LaPresse) - La terza sezione della Corte d’Appello di Roma ha confermato la condanna a otto mesi di reclusione per Andrea Delmastro, ex sottosegretario alla Giustizia, nel procedimento legato alla diffusione di informazioni riservate sul caso dell’anarchico Alfredo Cospito. «Dobbiamo leggere le motivazioni ovviamente, non possiamo che essere grandemente delusi e anche un po' sconcertati vista la richiesta della procura generale, ben più ampia di quella del Pubblico Ministero di primo grado, non riesco giuridicamente a darmi una motivazione e ce la darà la Corte quando depositerà la sentenza», ha detto Andrea Milani, avvocato di Delmastro, commentando la sentenza che conferma la colpevolezza dell’ex sottosegretario. «Leggerò le motivazioni della Corte - ha aggiunto- La procura generale innanzitutto ha, come noi sosteniamo dall'inizio, negato la sussistenza dell'oggettività del fatto, ha confermato come noi confermiamo dall'inizio che quanto rivelato non fosse coperto da segreto e direi che questo è travolgente rispetto a tutto il resto. In più si aggiunge certamente il tema dell'elemento soggettivo, quindi non potremo che difend.erci sotto entrambi i profili. Andremo in Cassazione perché non condivido questa decisione, ripeto riservandomi di leggere le motivazioni, rispettando ovviamente quanto è stato deciso perché ogni sentenza va rispettata, esistono tre gradi di giudizio proprio perché si può sbagliare».
