ARD-Kiew-Korrespondent Florian Kellermann nimmt uns in dieser 11KM-Folge mit nach Tschernihiw, einer ukrainischen Grenzstadt. Er erzählt uns, welche Lösungen es für die Probleme im Alltag gibt und wie es Ukrainerinnen und Ukrainern geht, vor dem anstehenden vierten Kriegswinter.
