The US is in charge and it's prepared to strike Venezuela again - that's the threat from Donald Trump, who's warned Venezuela's interim leader to 'behave'. The US president says Delcy Rodriguez risks paying a higher price than Nicolas Maduro if she fails to co-operate. US forces on Saturday bombed Caracas, and captured President Maduro and his wife before charging them in New York, where he's soon expected to appear in court.
