Road to the Games 26.02: Quarterfinals

In Episode 2 of “Road to the Games,” we head to Idaho to catch up with the Boys Interrupted crew: 2025 Fittest Man on Earth Jayson Hopper, 2024 Fittest Man on Earth James Sprague, two-time champion Justin Medeiros, and four-time Games athlete Dallin Pepper.

From inside CrossFit Canvas, the crew gears up for the second stage of the 2026 season — Quarterfinals — where the margin for error shrinks, and the intensity ramps up. Across the weekend, the guys dial in their strategies, trade relentless trash talk, and throw down in workouts that test fitness and composure. And an Open punishment makes its long-awaited return.

But it’s not all grind. Between events, the four competitors-turned-friends kick back to record their podcast, take on bucket golf, cook meals together, and lean into the moments that make this sport more than just competition.

Tune in for the balance of chaos and camaraderie, where goals are set, rivalries sharpen, and the road ahead starts to take shape. Because as the field narrows and the stakes rise, this is where contenders separate.
