JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Mabes Polri menolak membeberkan motif Anggota Densus 88 menguntit Jampidsus Kejagung, Febrie Adriansyah.Meski ada peristiwa penguntitan, Kadiv Humas Mabes Polri, Irjen Shandi Nugroho mengklaim hubungan Polri dan Kejagung tetap baik.
Kadiv Humas Mabes Polri menegaskan, hubungan antara Polri dan Kejagung baik-baik saja pasca peristiwa penguntitan yang dilakukan Anggota Densus 88 kepada Jampidsus Kejagung.
Anggota Densus 88 yang terpergok menguntit telah diperiksa Propam Mabes Polri dan hasilnya tak ditemukan masalah.
Namun, Shandi enggan menjelaskan motif penguntitan.
Kejaksaan Agung Republik Indonesia (Kejagung RI) membenarkan kejadian penguntitan terhadap Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus, Febrie Ardiansyah oleh Anggota Densus 88 Antiteror Polri.
Sementara itu, Jampidsus Kejagung menyebut saat ini kasus penguntitan ditangani langsung oleh Jaksa Agung secara institusi.
Di depan awak media kemarin (29/5), Jampidsus Febrie Adriansyah juga merespons soal dugaan keterlibatan oknum polisi dalam kasus korupsi timah.
Jampidsus menyatakan tetap bekerja secara profesional dan menunggu jalannya persidangan.
Apabila muncul fakta dan alat bukti soal keterlibatan oknum Polri, maka Jaksa bisa mengusulkan sebagai tersangka.
