DEUTSCHE BAHN IN DER DAUERKRISE: Experte rechnet mit entlassenem Bahn-Chef und Politik ab!Bei der Deutschen Bahn gibt es weiterhin große Probleme mit Pünktlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit. Bahnexperte Professor Christian Böttger betont, dass der entlassene Vorstandsvorsitzende Lutz zwar über Jahre seine Ziele nicht erreicht und Probleme vertuscht habe, er aber nicht allein verantwortlich sei. Grundlegende Veränderungen seien nötig: bessere politische Steuerung und finanzielle Ausstattung durch den Bund, weniger Züge zur Entlastung überlasteter Knotenpunkte sowie mehr Verantwortung vor Ort statt zentralisierter Entscheidungsstrukturen. Langfristig könnte auch ein stärker privatwirtschaftlich geführter Betrieb Vorteile bringen, die Infrastruktur sollte jedoch staatlich bleiben. Kurzfristig gehe es zunächst darum, den Konzern stabil zu machen und die bestehenden Strukturen effizienter zu nutzen.
