(Agenzia Vista) “L’aumento delle tassazioni al 10%, pur rappresentando un elemento critico per alcuni settori, era ancora una soglia gestibile in termini di sostegno economico. Ma l’ipotesi di un innalzamento al 17% sarebbe insostenibile e rischierebbe di compromettere la competitività delle nostre imprese sui mercati internazionali”, ha dichiarato il presidente della Coldiretti Ettore Prandini, intervenendo al Forum in Masseria a Manduria. “È fondamentale – ha sottolineato Prandini – che l’Unione Europea adotti una strategia chiara e coerente, sia nell’interlocuzione con le istituzioni statunitensi che nella gestione dei rapporti commerciali. Occorre evitare ogni tipo di provocazione e scongiurare una spirale di ritorsioni che finirebbe per danneggiare proprio quei settori che rappresentano l’eccellenza del nostro Made in Italy.” Nel contesto delle tensioni tra Unione Europea e Stati Uniti, Coldiretti rilancia l’appello alle istituzioni italiane affinché vengano potenziate le risorse destinate all’internazionalizzazione, alla comunicazione e alla promozione dei prodotti agroalimentari italiani sui mercati globali, dagli Stati Uniti all’Asia. “La risposta – ha concluso Prandini – non può che essere un investimento deciso sulla presenza del nostro agroalimentare di qualità all’estero, rafforzando le campagne di valorizzazione e protezione del Made in Italy, anche attraverso una maggiore sinergia tra pubblico e privato.”Coldiretti
