ในระยะนี้ภาคใต้เรือเล็กงดออกจากฝั่ง เนื่องจากคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร ติดตามในฝนฟ้าอากาศกับคุณกมลาสน์กรมอุตุนิยมวิทยา เตือนหลายพื้นที่ในประเทศไทยยังมีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมาก โดยเฉพาะภาคอีสาน และภาคตะวันออก ขณะที่ภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล รวมถึงภาคใต้ ยังมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง จากอิทธิพลของร่องมรสุมและมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่มีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง
ขอให้ประชาชนในพื้นที่เสี่ยง ระวังน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน น้ำป่าไหลหลาก และน้ำล้นตลิ่ง โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลุ่มและพื้นที่เชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่าน ส่วนชาวเรือควรเพิ่มความระมัดระวังในการเดินเรือ เนื่องจากทะเลอันดามันมีคลื่นสูง 2–3 เมตร และบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นอาจสูงเกิน 3 เมตร ขณะที่เรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่ง แล้วแต่ละพื้นที่ ฝนตกได้มากน้อยแค่ไหน ไปติดตามกันต่อ

เริ่มกันที่ ภาคเหนือ ฝนตก 70% ของพื้นที่ ตกหนักบางแห่ง ที่แม่ฮ่องสอน เชียงใหม่ เชียงราย พะเยา น่าน ตาก พิษณุโลก และเพชรบูรณ์
ภาคอีสาน ฝนตก 80% ของพื้นที่ ฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางแห่ง ครอบคลุมเกือบทั่วทั้งภูมิภาค โดยเฉพาะฝั่งตะวันออกของภูมิภาค
ภาคกลาง ฝนตก 60% ของพื้นที่ ฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง ที่ลพบุรี สระบุรี พระนครศรีอยุธยา และกาญจนบุรี
ภาคตะวันออก ฝนตก 70% ของพื้นที่ ตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางแห่ง ครอบคลุมเกือบทั่วทั้งภูมิภาค บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ภาคใต้ ฝั่งอ่าวไทย ฝนตก 40-60% ของพื้นที่ ตกหนักบางแห่งที่ ชุมพร สุราษฎร์ธานี ระนอง พังงา และภูเก็ต ทะเลทั้งสองฝั่ง บริเวณที่ฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
กรุงเทพและปริมณฑล ฝนตก 70% ของพื้นที่ ตกหนักได้บางแห่ง
