US-Präsident sprach von einer „schrecklichen Erinnerung an die Brutalität Russlands“.Die Raketenangriffe auf Kiew und Dnipro am Montag waren die schwersten seit Monaten. Nach Angaben von Präsident Selenskyj starben landesweit insgesamt 37 Menschen. 170 seien demnach verletzt worden, darunter 13 Kinder.
