inundaciones en la República Dominicana: desde cómo crecieron
nuestras ciudades sin planificación, hasta lo que el cambio
climático le está haciendo a nuestras lluvias. Hablamos con el
meteorólogo Jean Suriel, quien explica por qué los eventos que
antes ocurrían una vez cada 100 años ahora ocurren cada 2 o 3.
Lo que pasó el 8 de abril del 2026 no fue un accidente estadístico.
