KAI Tegas Tolak Mentah-mentah Usulan Anggota DPR Fraksi PKB yang Minta Gerbong Khusus Merokok

PT KAI menegaskan bahwa perjalanan tanpa asap rokok bukan sekadar fomo, namun sudah menjadi komitmen kuat.
Komitmen itu dilakukan demi menghadirkan perjalanan sehat, nyaman dan selamat tanpa asap rokok.
Hal itu diinformasikan PT KAI melalui akun Instagram @kai121_ pada Kamis (21/8/2025).
PT KAI mengatakan pihaknya telah menetapkan aturan larangan merokok sejak 1 Maret 2012.
Aturan itu juga mencakup rokok elektrik dan diberlakukan di semua perjalanan kereta api.
PT KAI menegaskan bahwa bahaya asap rokok tidak hanya mengancam kesehatan penumpang saja, namun juga merusak interior kereta.
Selain itu puntung rokok yang dibuang sembarangan juga berpotensi mengakibatkan kerusakan dan kebakaran pada armada. (Tribun-Video.com/Tribunnews.com)
