Rahul Gandhi is set to arrive at Ramlila Maidan shortly. Having stepped out of an open jeep, he—along with leaders from various opposition parties—is now proceeding on foot toward the venue. A large crowd of Congress workers has gathered at Ramlila Maidan. During the journey, Rahul Gandhi recorded and posted a video, claiming that shops in Connaught Place were deliberately forced to close at the behest of the BJP. He further alleged that it is now clear to everyone who is responsible for the losses suffered by the business community. Notably, earlier today, various traders' associations had written to Rahul Gandhi requesting that the rally be postponed—a request he did not heed.
