一位 Apple Podcast 聽眾留言：很喜歡通勤時收聽，只是節目縮圖換成我的大頭照，手機在外面跑出這張臉，實在有點糗，懇請更換。

我看完有點啼笑皆非。先說聲不好意思，短時間內，這張臉恐怕還是會繼續陪你通勤。

放自己的照片，和自戀沒有太大關係。這是一個務實的品牌選擇。

2013 年成立啟點文化時，我刻意走官方品牌。那條路比較慢，卻能結合不同的專業工作者，讓信任與資源留在平台，不只集中於創辦人。後來，這個選擇確實走出了成果。

今天重新開始，我卻改做個人品牌。因為 AI 已經能快速做出精美圖文與完整的品牌外殼。當大家都看起來專業，市場真正想知道的是：內容後面到底是誰？他做過什麼，又是否願意為自己的判斷負責？

這張臉比較像一張簽名：這些話是我說的，這些判斷是我做的，結果也由我承擔。
