Janji Kompolnas Kawal Pelaporan IPTU Rudiana Dugaan Keterangan Palsu dan Penganiayaan Kasus Vina

JAKARTA, KOMPASTV - IPTU Rudiana resmi dilaporkan salah satu kuasa hukum terpidana kasus Vina ke Bareskrim Polri, Rabu (17/7/2024).

Rudiana diduga telah melakukan kekerasan pada ketujuh terpidana kasus Vina Cirebon.

Kompolnas sebut akan ikut mengawal pelaporan tersebut.

"Kompolnas akan meminta klarifikasi tentang laporan tersebut dan nanti kami akan kawal bagaimana perkembangannya karena dengan laporan tersebut tentu dari penyidik yang menangani akan melakukan Klarifikasi," kata Ketua Kompolnas Benny Mamoto, Rabu (17/72024).

Lebih lanjut Kompolnas akan koordinasi sudah sejauh mana hasil audit investigasi hingga pemeriksaan internal Polri.

"Kami akan koordinasi sudah sejauh mana hasilnya kemudian nanti dikaitkan dengan bukti bukti yang diajukan oleh penasehat hukum yang berkaitan dengan dugaan terjadinya kekerasan," kata Benny.
