Deutschland und die EU beraten aber schon jetzt, wie sie den Wiederaufbau unterstützen und die Aussicht auf eine Zweistaatenlösung neu beleben können.Wie stabil ist die Einigung? Was muss getan werden, um die Lage der Zivilbevölkerung in Gaza schnell zu verbessern? Und wie könnte der Küstenstreifen einen Neuanfang ohne das Terrorregime der Hamas schaffen?
