Sempat Ricuh, Paripurna DPD Akhirnya Sepakati Pembahasan Revisi Tatib Dilakukan di Rapat Selanjutnya

Kesepakatan itu diambil setelah terjadi kericuhan saat Rapat Paripurna DPD RI yang digelar pada Jumat (12/7/2024), di Gedung Nusantara V, Kompleks Parlemen, Senayan, Jakarta.
Wakil Ketua DPD RI Nono Sampono menyatakan kerja dari harmonisasi tatib tentang Paket Pimpinan ini diharapkan dapat disepakati di rapat selanjutnya karena masa kerja yang akan segera berakhir.
Bermula dari Ketua DPD RI La Nyalla Mahmud Mattalitti yang membacakan revisi Tatib DPD RI.
Kemudian, sejumlah anggota DPD RI memberikan interupsi menolak perubahan tata tertib itu.
Satu di antaranya interupsi yang datang dari anggota DPD RI dari Papua Barat Filep Wamafma.
Namun, interupsi tersebut tidak direspons oleh La Nyalla. La Nyalla tetap membacakan perubahan tata tertib DPD RI.
Tak lama, sejumlah anggota DPD RI, termasuk Filep mendatangi meja pimpinan DPD RI, yang dihadiri oleh La Nyalla, Wakil Ketua DPD RI Nono Sampono dan Sultan Najamudin.
Tampak, anggota DPD RI berusaha merebut palu sidang. Namun La Nyalla sigap untuk mengamankan palu sidang.
Pihak pamdal (pengamanan dalam) kemudian melakukan pengamanan terhadap pimpinan DPD RI.
Setelah itu, Rapat Paripurna DPD RI diskors selama 10 menit.

Namun dalam perubahan tatib DPD RI, muncul mekanisme pemilihan 'paket pimpinan'.
Hal ini tak terlepas dari sejumlah anggota DPD RI petahana yang kembali terpilih dan anggota DPD RI yang baru terpilih untuk masa bakti 2024-2029, menggelar Deklarasi Paket Pimpinan DPD RI 2024-2029.
Mereka bersepakat mengusung AA LaNyalla Mahmud Mattalitti, Nono Sampono, Elviana dan Tamsil Linrung sebagai Paket Pimpinan DPD RI masa bakti 2024-2029.
Perubahan tatib ini, dianggap untuk membatasi hak beberapa orang untuk maju sebagai Calon Pimpinan DPD.
Diketahui, Peraturan DPD RI nomor 1 Tahun 2022 Pasal 46 dijelaskan bahwa Susunan Pimpinan DPD terdiri atas 1 (satu) orang Ketua dan 3 (tiga) orang wakil ketua meliputi Wakil Ketua I, Wakil Ketua II, dan Wakil Ketua III yang mencerminkan keseimbangan wilayah dan bersifat kolektif kolegial.
