MOUSSE de FRESAS alto en PROTEÍNA 🍓 (Sin nata y sin huevo) ¡Solo 4 ingredientes!
¿Quién dijo que un mousse necesita nata o azúcar para ser delicioso? Hoy preparamos esta opción ultra cremosa, ligera y saludable aprovechando la temporada de fresas. El requesón es nuestro ingrediente estrella para lograr una textura firme y nutritiva.
📊 Info Nutricional (por ración): 115 kcal | Proteína: 12g | Grasas: 3g | Carbohidratos: 9g
📝 INGREDIENTES (4 porciones):
300 g de fresas frescas (puedes usar congeladas si prefieres).
250 g de Requesón (o queso cottage bien triturado).
200 ml de Leche (vegetal o la que prefieras).
10 g de Gelatina neutra sin sabor.
Vainilla y extracto de stevia al gusto.
🥣 PASO A PASO:
Hidrata la gelatina en un poco de leche caliente.
Tritura las fresas con el requesón, la leche y el endulzante.
Incorpora la gelatina y mezcla bien.
Reparte en copas y refrigera al menos 4 horas hasta que cuaje.
