Masih Tunggu Surat Keppres, Kapan Hasto akan Dibebaskan dari Rutan KPK?
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Menteri Perdagangan era Presiden Jokowi, Thomas Trikasih Lembong dan Sekjen PDIP, Hasto Kristiyanto mendapat pengampunan hukuman.DPR menyetujui pemberian abolisi dan amnesti yang diajukan Presiden Prabowo Subianto.
Dengan pemberian pengampunan ini, maka Tom Lembong dan Hasto dibebaskan dari hukuman.
Dua terpidana yang baru dijatuhi vonis hakim, yakni mantan Menteri Perdagangan era Presiden Jokowi, Thomas Trikasih Lembong dan Sekjen PDIP, Hasto Kristiyanto mendapat pengampunan hukuman.
Tom Lembong mendapatkan abolisi atau seluruh proses hukum dalam korupsi impor gula dihentikan.
Sementara Hasto diberi amnesti alias penghapusan hukuman tindak pidana.
DPR menyetujui pemberian abolisi dan amnesti yang diajukan Presiden Prabowo Subianto.
Berdasarkan pertimbangan, DPR menyetujui permohonan Presiden, untuk memberikan abolisi pada Tom Lembong dan amnesti pada 1.116 orang terpidana, salah satunya Hasto Kristiyanto.
