Tim Hukum Polda Jabar Bantah Ahli yang Dihadirkan di Sidang Tak Independen

BANDUNG, KOMPAS.TV - Lanjutan sidang praperadilan penetapan tersangka Pegi Setiawan diwarnai perdebatan antara Tim Kuasa Hukum Pegi Setiawan dengan Tim Hukum Polda Jawa Barat.

Perdebatan tersebut bahkan hingga dilerai oleh hakim.

Tim Kuasa Hukum Pegi menilai ahli pidana yang dihadirkan oleh Tim Hukum Polda Jabar tidak independen dan objektif.

Kuasa Hukum Pegi sudah memberikan pertanyaan, namun jawaban dari ahli pidana menurutnya mengecewakan dan tidak semua pertanyaan dijawab.

Ketua Tim Hukum Polda Jabar, Kombes Pol Nurhadi Handayani menegaskan ahli pidana yang dihadirkannya sudah independen.

Nurhadi bilang sebagai Ahli Pidana Agus Surono telah menjawab seluruh pertanyaan dengan menjelaskan secara komprehensif, termasuk soal 2 alat bukti yang menjadi syarat penetapan tersangka.

Sidang Praperadilan Pegi Setiawan dilanjutkan Jumat (5/7/2024) hari ini dengan agenda kesimpulan masing-masing pihak.

Usai rangkaian sidang di pekan ini, Hakim Tunggal Eman Sulaeman akan memutus sidang pada Senin pekan depan.
