오늘은 소프트쉘크랩을 바삭하게 튀겨서
칠리소스 & 참소스와 함께 먹어봤는데요!

평소 게를 먹을 때는 단단한 껍질을 하나하나 발라야 하고
손질한 것에 비해 먹을 수 있는 살이 많지 않아
조금 아쉬울 때도 있잖아요

그런데 소프트쉘크랩은 버릴 부분 없이
한입에 크게 베어 먹을 수 있어서 먹기도 편하고
게 한 마리를 온전히 먹는 듯한 만족감도 정말 좋은거 같아요

튀김옷과 얇은 껍질이 과자처럼 가볍게 부서지면서
고소한 풍미가 입안에 퍼졌고
안쪽의 촉촉하고 부드러운 게살이 가득!

특히 다리 부분은 얇고 바삭해서
과자를 먹는 듯한 고소함이 있었고
몸통 부분은 안쪽에 부드러운 게살과 내장의
진한 맛이 함께 느껴져 더욱 풍부했어요
정말 주기적으로 생각날 만큼 매력적인 맛!
