6-8 tangkai cili merah besar
4 biji bawang merah kecil
4 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
4 tangkai cili kering

Bahan Ayam Sambal Berlada:
1/2 ekor ayam
1 sk garam
1 sk serbuk kunyit
1/2 cawan minyak gorengan ayam
1/2 pes sambal
1 sb sos tiram
1 sb gula perang
1/2 sb serbuk seasoning
Sedikit air asam jawa
5-6 helai daun limau purut
Garam secukup rasa
Sedikit air, jika perlu
Hirisan bawang besar

Bahan Ayam Masak Kicap:
1/2 ekor ayam
1 sk garam
1 sk serbuk kunyit
1/2 cawan minyak gorengan ayam
1/2 pes sambal
1 tangkai daun kari
1/2 pes sambal
2 sb sos tiram
2 sb gula perang
1/2 sb serbuk seasoning
Sedikit air asam jawa
Kicap pekat manis
1 sb kicap karamel masakan
Sedikit air
1 sudu besar mentega
Hirisan bawang besar
Hirisan cili merah

Basic Ingredients for Sambal Paste:
6-8 large red chilies
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 inch of ginger
4 dried chilies

Spicy Sambal Chicken Ingredients:
1/2 chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup of oil from frying chicken
1/2 sambal paste
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tbsp seasoning powder
A little tamarind juice
5-6 kaffir lime leaves
Salt to taste
A little water, if necessary
Sliced yelow onion

Stir-fried Chicken Ingredients Soy Sauce:
1/2 chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup of oil from frying chicken
1/2 sambal paste
1 stalk of curry leaves
1/2 sambal paste
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tbsp seasoning powder
A little tamarind juice
Sweet thick soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking caramel
A little water
1 tbsp butter
Sliced yellow onion
Sliced red chilli
