В этом ролике я решил разобраться, можно ли приготовить настоящее севиче дома и будет ли оно лучше ресторанного.Сначала еду в американский магазин за всеми ингредиентами, затем готовлю несколько вариантов севиче — классическое с рыбой и вариант с креветками. Разбираемся, какие продукты реально нужны, а какие — просто переплата.
После этого сравниваю домашнее севиче с ресторанным: вкус, свежесть, цена и общее впечатление.
Дополнительно пробуем перуанское вино, pisco и коктейль на его основе — проверяем, что лучше всего сочетается с севиче.
