Delicias culturales de Datong: El monasterio colgante

En la ladera oriental de la montaña Hengshan, el monasterio colgante de Datong se suspende entre el cielo y la tierra desde hace más de 1.500 años. Construido en la dinastía Wei del Norte y restaurado en las dinastías Ming y Qing, se aferra a un acantilado a más de 50 metros de altura, fusionándose con las formas y colores de la roca.
Es el único templo de China donde conviven el budismo, el taoísmo y el confucianismo, lo que refleja siglos de tolerancia religiosa.
